GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

SANS TROU gift cards are digital gift cards that can be redeemed online at www.sanstrou.com

They are sent to the purchaser's email upon placing a gift card order and are available for immediate use

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift cards
• Gift cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost, forgotten, stolen or misused, the card will not be replaced
• SANS TROU is not responsible or liable for lost, forgotten, stolen or misused gift cards
• Gift card purchases cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable
• Expired gift cards do not retain any value
• SANS TROU gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or links. We reserve the right to cancel any gift card orders purchased using discount codes, discount links or that were obtained illegally

All SANS TROU gift cards are issued in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) but can be redeemed in any currency at time of redemption.

• A conversion to the gift card user's currency of choice will take place when the gift card is redeemed 
• The conversion uses the exchange rate at the time of redemption, not the exchange rate used when the gift card was purchased 

How to use your SANS TROU gift card

• Add items to your cart
• At the checkout page, enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field on the right
• The available credit on your gift card will be deducted from your order total
• A currency conversion will take place if checking out in a currency other than AUD
• If your total order value is lower than the available credit on your gift card, the unused amount will remain on the gift card for later use
• If your total order value exceeds the available credit on your gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using a payment method of choice
