ORDER PROCESSING
We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders with express shipping will be prioritised and processed first.
Whilst we try our best to get all orders out promptly, the above timeframe is a general guideline which is subject to delays during public holidays, sales or busier periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. These emails may sometimes land in your spam folder, so please don't forget to check that!
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs and/or taxes or other related clearance fees which are incurred once a shipment reaches it's destination country. They are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and SANS TROU is not responsible for these charges, in the event they are applied. We have no control over the amount charged and these extra charges are not included in the checkout total on our website.

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, SANS TROU is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
We are unable to refund lost parcels or parcels that could not be delivered due to missed deliveries.

Items that are available for pre-order will be stated in the description on the product's page. It will be shipped out according to the estimated shipping date on that page. That date may subject to delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available.
