🔎 The best way to track international orders: TRACKING
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
ORDER PROCESSING
We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders with express shipping will be prioritised and processed first.
Whilst we try our best to get all orders out promptly, the above timeframe is a general guideline which is subject to delays during public holidays, sales or busier periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. These emails may sometimes land in your spam folder, so please don't forget to check that!
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, SANS TROU is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit. We are unable to refund lost parcels.
If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at support@sanstrou.com and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. For international customers, this same tracking number works worldwide. For the most detailed updates, we highly recommend using it on your local postal service's website once your parcel arrives in your country. Â

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
We are unable to refund parcels that are unclaimed or could not be delivered. If we receive the parcel back, we will issue a refund for the order amount after deducting any shipping costs paid and any associated returns cost.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. SANS TROU will not be held liable for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrectly inputted addresses. SANS TROU is not responsible for extra costs incurred should a recipient want to redirect their parcel to an alternative address, whilst it is in transit.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Items that are available for pre-order will be stated in the description on the product's page. It will be shipped out according to the estimated shipping date on that page. That date may subject to delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available.
