I had a very poor customer experience and paid double price of the earring. I live in hong kong and could not ship it to HK as this option was not offered on the website. Instead, I have shipped the product to France. DHL contacted me to get a payment of 28 euros to be paid within 24 hours or the products would be blocked at custom. This is not only a terrible experience but also not correct as the customer is ripped off.
There are no more businesses nowadays where customers have to pay for tax, even for little companies and start-up.
I have escalated the issue to their customer service but did not get any reimbursement or voucher...nothing.
This is a pity.
