Store handles shipping mishaps horrible

Unfortunately I never got my order. I spent over a $100 on jewelry which I never do and when I tried contacting support they just let you know that they’re not liable for shipping. No help whatsoever, won’t even give a refund or store credit, I basically just gave them free money.

Cute earrings

Cute and simple clip-ons earrings, light and easy to wear. I've asked through email if I could get separate bags and even wrote it on the note before the payment but they didn't packed it as I requested. I was extremely disappointed by the fact it wasn't mentioned the extra fees that comes with it (item pricing + shipping + import fees). As much as I wanted to have a positive experience with sanstrou, I really had to pay way more than I expected it. This it'll be my first and last I'll buy from them.

They are so sweet and dainty for clip-on earrings and look wonderful. Very comfortable to wear, forget you have them on.
